I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was exactly what I needed for the night, with one queen size bed, microwave, refrigerator, and a clean bathroom. The entrance was as pictured and described. The huge parking area with different access doors made it convenient to get to from the freeways.

The service was really helpful and friendly. The staff handled an overcharge on my card well and provided great information about local sights and dining suggestions.

The location was great, and I will definitely be back when traveling through Cheyenne. It's close to different restaurants, but it would have been better if they sold the food needed to use the restaurant. The garlic parmesan chicken in the restaurant was good, but the big dislike was the elevator experience of checking in and out of the property.

I found my stay at this hotel to have some highs and lows. The convenience of accessing my room easily from the freeways and the large parking area with various access doors made things comfortable. However, the condition of the room itself was not up to par and felt a bit unpleasant.
